Please dispose of your waste in the bins provided in the corridors (yellow for plastic, green for paper and brown for residual waste). These are emptied daily. When you leave, you can leave any rubbish in the apartment and we will dispose of it during the final clean.

You can check out until 11 am. Simply place your room card on the table and close the door behind you. Complete the online check-out process in the digital guest system. You will then automatically receive your bill.

Turn the heating down by one degree.
Turn the air conditioning or fan up by one degree, or open the window to let in cooler air.
Set the fridge to medium cooling.

• Only switch on the dishwasher when it is full, and select the eco programme.
• Switch off lights and air conditioning/fan when leaving the apartment.
• Reduce water consumption.
  Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
• Ventilate in short bursts instead of opening windows slightly.

You can store or park your bicycle in our basement. If you would like to store a high-quality bike, please speak to a member of staff.

We are happy to provide you with a free baby crib and high chair. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or ask our staff for assistance during your stay.

You are welcome to relax in our Friedrich Lounge at any time. However, please be considerate of other hotel guests. Please note that the lounge is closed between 10 pm and 6 am.

All our apartments have air conditioning, as well as heating and underfloor heating in the bathroom. There is a wall unit next to the entrance door and another one next to the washbasin in the bathroom. We will be happy to help you adjust the settings.

Due to our central location, we do not have our own parking spaces. However, we offer private parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, subject to availability, for a fee of €15 per vehicle per night.

All of our apartments are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the inventory, such as burn marks, at replacement value. An additional charge of 300 EUR will be incurred for special cleaning.

Before departure, please enter your invoice data into our guest system. You will automatically receive an invoice at the email address you provided on the day of departure. You will be able to access our guest system a few days before arrival.

The accommodation comes with a kitchen that will be handed over clean and fully stocked. We kindly ask that you put the dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards once they have been cleaned.

Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer a free intermediate cleaning service. This includes cleaning the floor, changing the towels, emptying the bins, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional intermediate cleaning is available at intervals as required for €25 per clean. Please contact our staff to arrange this.

On departure, we ask our guests to leave the apartment swept and cleaned, and with the dishes washed. Heavy soiling will incur an additional charge of at least 25 euros. We take the liberty of taking your credit card or passport details as a deposit. This data will be irrevocably deleted on the day of your departure.

Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. You will find bed linen and towels in the wardrobe. If you have any questions about how to use them, please contact us.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid, and bin liners. We also provide coffee pods for the coffee machine, as well as salt and pepper. Please let us know if you require any additional supplies or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

A fan is available free of charge for those hot summer days. If you require an additional one, please contact our staff.
Is it too cold for you? Please contact our staff. We will be happy to provide you with a fan heater.

Some of our apartments have a washing machine. Detergent is provided free of charge. Please contact our staff if you have any questions.
