For additional persons we charge €15 per person per night.

You can store or park your bicycle in our basement. Please note that we cannot accept any liability.

You can check out until 11:00. Please simply place your room card on the table and close the door behind you. Please complete the online check-out in the digital guest system. You will then automatically receive your invoice.

We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or ask our team for assistance during your stay.

The accommodation comes with a kitchen that is handed over clean and fully stocked. We kindly ask you to put the dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards only when they are clean.

Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service free of charge upon request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional intermediate cleanings at a frequency of your choice are available at €25 per clean. Please contact our team to arrange this.

Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment swept clean and with washed dishes. Any additional cleaning required due to heavy soiling will be charged based on the effort involved, with a minimum charge of €25. As a deposit, we take the liberty of recording your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted by us on the day of your departure.

A fan is available free of charge for hot summer days. If you require another one, please contact our team.

Is it too cold for you? Please contact our team. We will be happy to place a fan heater in your apartment.

We welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvement. If there is anything that does not meet your expectations, please let us know immediately so that we can address it during your stay.
Your satisfaction is our top priority.

All our apartments have air conditioning including heating, as well as underfloor heating in the bathroom. There is a wall control unit next to the entrance door and another next to the washbasin in the bathroom. We will be happy to help you with the settings.

We kindly ask you to observe the quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00. The apartments, their furnishings and other property must not be damaged. Please note that we will have to charge for any damage caused.

Please enter your invoice details in our guest system before your day of departure. An invoice will be sent automatically to the email address you have provided on the day of departure. You will receive access to our guest system a few days before your arrival.

Our Friedrich Lounge is available around the clock for you to relax. However, please be considerate of the other guests in the building. Quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00 also apply in our lounge.

Would you like to explore the area without worrying about your luggage? From Monday to Friday from 11:00 and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 13:00, we are happy to take your luggage before check-in. Please contact our team to register. Liability is excluded. Please do not leave any valuables in your luggage.

The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need refills or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Due to our central location, we do not have our own parking spaces. However, subject to availability, we offer private parking in the immediate vicinity for a fee of €15 per night per vehicle.

Pets are welcome. We charge a flat cleaning fee of €15 per night per animal. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

• Turn the air conditioning or fan up by one degree, or open the window to let in cooler air
• Set the fridge to medium cooling
• Only switch on the dishwasher when it is full, and select the eco programme
• Switch off lights and air conditioning/fan when leaving the apartment

• Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment
• Ventilate in short bursts instead of tilting the windows

All of our apartments are non-smoking apartments. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the inventory, such as burn marks, at replacement value. The additional effort of special cleaning will be charged at €300.

Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and intend to use the sofa bed, you will find bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. Please contact us if you have any questions about using it.

A highlight is the Schlossbergbahn funicular, which takes you conveniently up to the Schlossberg and its wonderful panoramic view over Freiburg. In summer, concerts in the pavilion turn the park into a lively meeting point.

There are washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement, which you can use free of charge – detergent is provided. If you have any questions, please contact our team.

Please dispose of your waste in the bins provided in the corridors (yellow for plastic, green for paper and brown for residual waste). These are emptied daily. When you leave, you can leave any rubbish in the apartment and we will dispose of it during the final clean.
