Book your stay conveniently through our website. Depending on the rate you booked, you can make changes and cancellations on your own. To do so, click the “Detailed Booking Information” link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email you received immediately after booking. On the following page, please enter the email address you used when booking, as well as your last name. You can then view, modify, or cancel your reservation.

Depending on the rate, up to two rebookings are possible free of charge. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to three days before arrival.

Please note that for reservations made through booking portals such as Booking.com, the terms and conditions listed there apply.

For longer stays, you can take advantage of attractive special rates. For stays of 30 nights or more, enter the discount code Longstay when booking through our website to receive a 20% discount on the booking price.

Bookings made through our website can be conveniently paid for by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.

The driveway:
Coming from the A5 motorway, take the exit Freiburg-Mitte and drive towards Freiburg to B31a.
At exit B3 towards Merzhausen/B31/Stadtmitte/Konzerthaus/Main railway station, take the right to turn to Schnewelinstraße/B3.
After 1 km turn right again to Friedrichstraße /B3 (signs to Donaueschingen/Offenburg). After about 800m you reach the Friedrichring. Please contact Kaiser-Joseph-Straße /Europaplatz. You will find us on the right side.

Access by public:
Coming from the main railway station, you will get to tram no. 1 towards Littenweiler. Please get off at the Bertoldsbrunnen stop. only a 6 minute walk you will arrive with us.

You can collect your booked apartment from 4 p.m. You can collect your room card from our check-in machine, which is located directly outside the building. After entering your booking code, your room card will be issued. You can also find more information in the digital guest service system.

You can check out until 11:00. Please leave your room card on the table and close the door behind you. Complete the online check-out process in the Digital Guest System. You will then automatically receive your invoice.

From Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. and Saturday/Sunday/Feiertag from 13 a.m. we will gladly take your luggage before check-in. Please contact our staff for registration. Telephone { phone >}} or by e-mail {{ < mail >}

Pets are welcome. We charge a flat cleaning fee of €15 per night per animal. Please contact us before you arrive.

All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi.

We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or ask our staff for assistance during your stay.

Due to our central location, we do not have our own parking spaces. However, we can arrange private parking in the immediate vicinity for a fee of €15 per night per vehicle. Please book in advance of your arrival. Fees can be paid online in advance or upon arrival.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or anywhere in the building. Please note that we will charge EUR 300 if this rule is broken.

Before departure, please enter your invoice data into our guest system. You will automatically receive an invoice at the email address you provided on the day of departure. You will be able to access our guest system a few days before arrival.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service free of charge upon request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen.

Additional intermediate cleanings are available at 25 EUR per cleaning. Please contact our staff to arrange this.

Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment clean and with rinsed dishes. Any additional cleaning required due to excessive dirt will be charged for, with a minimum charge of €25. We require a deposit in the form of your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted by us on the day of your departure.

Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and intend to use the sofa bed, you will find bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. Please contact us if you have any questions about using them.

The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, washing machine detergent and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

There are free washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement, and detergent is available. If you have any questions, please ask a member of staff.

For additional persons we charge 15,- EUR per night and person.
